Our refund and returns policy 24 HOURS. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange. Also If it is within the 24 hours there might be a $25 restocking fee. The state creates a certificate that the state does not refund back. So that is why we are short on the refund
